This recipe required no cooking, just a quick chop and a whirl in the food processor (or blender). The only alteration I made was the use of walnuts instead of pine nuts. Pine nuts were 8 bucks for a tiny bag. Walnuts were 3.

| Chop some garlic ( I hate garlic so I only used a little) |
| Put everything in the food processor Basil, Garlic, Ricotta, Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil and Walnuts |
| Blend until pretty, spread on top of things you spread stuff on. Enjoy! |
